This is a very good facility. My brother has been there a year and a half after transferring from other nursing homes. They work hard. They do what they can most of the time. Fountain Inn Post Acute care is clean. The staff is friendly however there are issues with even getting in the door to see your loved ones. There needs to be a better system. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes because someone has to let you in. Hopefully they will come up with a better plan. Mr. Mike the administrator is awesome. He is helping me tremendously to get my brother who was paralyzed on his right side, more help and better options so shout out to him. Miss Jeannie is wonderful. I don’t know what they would do without her Clarissa love her fantastic.

Update as of March 2026. Unfortunately my mother had to return after a lengthy hospital stay and an amputation. She needed to come back to build up strength and work on walking. This experience was not as good as our last one. I came in in the middle of the night and when I came in the main building I counted A LOT of dead and live roaches on the floor. The majority of the techs were new and not very helpful. At one point my mom waited over two hours for bathroom help. She is doing much better here at home My mom had to stay here for a couple weeks for pt after a serious bleed in her hip. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was! All the nurses and techs were so helpful and patient and kind. When my mom was first moved here I was upset that we would have to leave here and the nurse Andrèa comforted me and immediately started to tend to my mom. Malaysia was the sweetest tech and always had a smile. George was always there quietly to assist in anything my mom needed. When the TV in her room stopped working correctly and I mentioned it to maintenance they stopped right then and got her a TV from another room within 5 minutes. The property was always very clean as well. Unfortunately the shower room did have a smell of urine but I suppose that is to be expected. The only thing my mom was not impressed with was the food, but in a facility like this we understood that since so many people have special diets. Overall it was a great experience and again we send our thanks to all who took care of my mom.

All the staff and employees are amazing! They are so nice and treat the residents with respect. The only thing I would suggest is address the urine smell a little more. I know the elderly probably get urine on the floor, and diapers in trash and residents wet or poop their diapers. But house keeping and nurses cna’s have to address this more.

My dad was transferred here today. Already I can see how much the care team truly cares about the patients. The facility is clean and has great amenities and activities.

I gave this place every benefit of the doubt during my Mom’s stay here. Nothing but good things to say about therapy and housekeeping. But they claim to do wound care and they DO NOT. My Mom had wounds on her heels and legs and the bandages were to be changed EVERY DAY. I didn’t visit every day and unless I sat there and asked people to do it, it didn’t get done. In fact, even when my Mom asked she was given excuses like ‘that’s not my job; the supplies are locked up; I’ll do it later’. Brought up many times to management and was told it would be taken care of. This place is a disgrace. Now my Mom has sepsis and is going to be on hospice. I will spend any time I can dissuading people from going to this facility. They do not care. *****EDIT****why on EARTH would I contact you NOW? I made multiple attempts and asks while she was there for help and it never was corrected for more than a day. Was made to feel like a bother for asking for help. I need to focus on my Mom dying on hospice now. When you hear from me, it will likely be through an attorney.

The visit with my uncle was great. He seemed to be in good spirits. The nurses were wonderful. They all were nice and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was made up and neat. There was not anything that I can report that was negative. From the entrance in the lobby with the receptionist to the nurses everything was great. The staff were very nice.

I have a friend there for respite. We have been in many times to visit friends from church who are there for rehab. The facility is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. One CNA, Novell, is especially kind with my friend. The lady at the desk is very kind too. Thank you for providing great care. I am a retired RN so for me to say that things are great is really a good review.

Uncle being taken great care of, nurses are nice , friendly , knowledgeable and caring people.

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff, the caregivers, the therapists and nurses were so special. The food good. The place is clean and attractive. Thank you for taking good care of my husband!

My experience was horrible and stressful for many reasonsn not a place for a vunerable adult 1 they ignore your call for assistance on 2nd shift and 3rd shift 2 medications 💊 are not given on schedule and you are giving medication by too many people and a nurse lied on me refusing to take my anxiety medication and you will be considered combative by just being aware of the situation and i had sepsis four days after leaving i was glad to be home because they would not have answered the emergency 🚨 call in time at 1.00am Beware!

The staff is cordial, helpful and have patience. The facility doesn’t smell, and the room was clean. I didn’t hear any patients, whining, or complaining, in any way. It seems like a nice place, to go for rehabilitation, or permanent residency. 6/19/25

This place is amazing! Looks inviting, smells amazing and super clean! If I had to place my family it definitely would be here! Went to observe and choose a facility for my mom for short term therapy… luckily after my visit we were told she wouldn’t need it! Thank you Jesus for her recovery but I definitely informed her that this would be her temporary home! She was excited and so was I! Great energy…see for yourself!
